A1 Global College is seeking a dedicated and experienced "Construction Management Instructor" to prepare the next generation of industry professionals in our comprehensive Diploma Program. If you have a strong background in construction project management, building systems, and safety compliance, we encourage you to apply.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in the following core focus areas:
Project Management & Scheduling
Cost Estimation & Budget Management
Building Codes & Safety Regulations
Construction Fundamentals & Building Systems
Construction Materials & Methods
Blueprint Reading & Technical Drawing
Quality Control & Inspection
Sustainable Construction Practices
Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications: (Meet One of the Following)
Option 1: Work Experience
At least 48 months (4 years) of work or teaching experience in the construction
management vocation within the past 10 years (combination of work and teaching
experience accepted).
Option 2: Experience and Credentials
At least 24 months (2 years) of experience, within the previous 10 years, working or
teaching in the vocation,
PLUS one of the following:
o An Ontario Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
o A Certificate of Qualification issued under the Ontario College of Trades and
Apprenticeship Act, 2009 (or equivalent Canadian certificate).
o Graduation status from an Ontario college of applied arts and technology or
registered career college (or equivalent institution).

Pay Rate: $28-30 per hour
