Job description
Become a vital part of National Logistics Services (NLS) as Operations Support, where you'll manage internal inquiries and support warehouse activities. This role offers extensive interaction with both clients and staff.

NLS, Canada's top retail logistics provider, is seeking an Operations Support professional to prepare documentation and coordinate team activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will help manage order flow and maintain accurate productivity reports while contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare all necessary departmental documentation • Respond professionally to client and internal inquiries • Manage data entry and record-keeping tasks • Coordinate order flow with the warehouse team • Train staff on job duties and safety procedures

Requirements: • 1-2 years in distribution or logistics preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with WMS and Navigator is an asset • Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs
