JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the execution of receiving,pickingand shipment processes according to defined standards and targets.

• Improve operations by finding opportunities and proposing solutions using management system tools and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded.

• Manage department resources and track via SAP and High Jump

• Managing outbound and inbound shipping at sites

• Checkexpecteddelivery schedule of raw materials to ensure materials arrive when scheduled and offloadedin a timely manner.

• Monitoring in transitreportandupdateBOL filing.

• Assistingteams with variousday to daylogisticstasks.

• Leading improvement in line with various excellence programs

• Manage vendor payments, purchaseordersand GRs
