Job description
Join Huawei Canada as an HR Assistant for a 12-month contract and play a key role in HR operations. This position focuses on employee support and policy compliance.

As an HR Assistant at Huawei Canada, you will be integral to the Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance, answering employee inquiries, and maintaining databases. Bring your 1-2 years of HR experience to coordinate training programs and participate in various HR projects aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This role prioritizes professional growth and effective workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure HR policies are adhered to and updated • Serve as an information source on HR inquiries • Maintain confidentiality in HR databases • Help coordinate training programs and workshops • Assist with HR projects like diversity initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • 1-2 years of HR or relevant experience • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially
