Job Duties

As ourInstallation Training Specialist,you willbe responsible forprovision and effective delivery of all methods, processes, and training to implement and sustain Front Line level alignment of installationstrategytoattainquality and Installation productivity targets across new installation and modernization projects. You will aid regional leaders in the implementation of installations Programs,Processesand initiatives.

You will bring4+ years of progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators and/or related work experience to KONE.You will use the knowledge gained through your 4-yearbachelor’s degreewithin a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator-escalator industryexperience, plus:

• Strong backgroundat the field installation level with progressive anddemonstratedinstallation management and training skills.

• Experience leading people within aunionworkforce, planning and scheduling projects, ensuring sitelogisticsand project management.

• Experience withlow to hi-rise buildings andsmall to majorproject installations across a variety of market segments such as retail, office, medical, sports facilities and public transportation.

OtherSpecific Knowledge:

• Comprehensive understanding of KONE’s procedures, policies, and contracts/products

• Comprehensive understanding of KONE installation methods and processes at thefieldmechanic and management levels.

• Familiarity of competitor products offerings and practices

• Sound technical understanding of KONE electrical and mechanical systems and installation processes used with elevator and escalator products.

• Sound understanding of KONE Safety policies and processes used during installation.

• General accounting andfinancial managementprinciples

• Laws and regulationsregardingsafety and environmental governmental regulations

Other Specific Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate KONE installation methods and processes at thefieldmechanic and management levels.

• Ability to conduct basic financial analysis for the purpose of making sound business decisions

• Effective oral, written, and presentation skills

• Strong persuasive skills

• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management

• Willing and able to travel extensively, up to 75% or more, domestically and possibly someinternationallytravel.

Annual BasePay Range:

Variable Compensation
