Key Responsibilities: • Support Transformation Relationship Managers in daily engagements • Gather and summarize business inputs and challenges • Document workflows and identify improvement opportunities • Prepare presentations, summaries, and meeting materials • Conduct research related to transformation initiatives

Requirements: • Actively pursuing a degree in business or related field • Strong interest in transformation and consulting • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
