Job description
Lead strategic business analysis at FED IT as a Business Analysis Manager. Oversee QA frameworks and coach analysts to evolve practices in the IT sector.

This role is essential in enhancing the business analysis practice within FED IT. Reporting to IT leadership, you will define methodologies, enforce governance, and ensure clarity in business requirements. Your leadership will allow for the maturation of the analysis framework while providing strategic support to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and define business analysis methodologies and frameworks • Establish and improve IT quality assurance processes • Support cross-functional and project teams effectively • Act as a strategic partner for IT leadership • Foster a motivating and engaging team environment

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, ideally 10 • Hands-on experience in business analysis • Proven team and practice management skills • Fluent in French and English • Strong understanding of quality assurance practices
