Remote ERP Client Support Services Consultant – Finance
Bilingual French & English | D365 F&O / AX2012
We are seeking a Remote ERP Client Support Services Consultant with strong Finance and Supply Chain expertise to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics environment. The candidate must be fully bilingual in French and English and brings hands‑on experience across D365 Finance & Operations or AX2012.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O or AX2012
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Bilingual French and English (must be fluent in both)
• Experience integrating online sales portals and payment solutions
• Strong understanding of F&O architecture, configuration, and best‑practice solution design
• Solid knowledge of data management, integrations, data migration, and DMF best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve client issues in a remote consulting environment
Nice to Have:
• Experience with APIs, middleware, or integration tools
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or LCS
• Prior consulting or managed services experience
Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support across Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while guiding users on best practices
• Manage data imports, integrations, and data quality
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and portal/payment integrations
• Deliver high‑quality remote support with a strong customer‑focused approach
