Job description
Join a leading insurance firm as an Actuary in Toronto, Canada, focusing on pricing and portfolio management. Utilize your expertise in strategy discussions with underwriting management to enhance business performance.

This role demands strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of product pricing methodologies. You will be involved in decision-making guidance throughout the underwriting process, enhancing overall pricing accuracy through engagement with underwriting and claims teams. Your responsibilities will include the development and calibration of pricing tools that align with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical pricing for Canadian product lines • Support underwriting with advanced analytics • Develop pricing methodologies and algorithms • Conduct micro portfolio management and profitability studies • Ensure compliance with pricing model standards
