As a Project Manager at Pure Industrial, you will report directly to the Director of Construction. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant and landlord projects while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential as you navigate project challenges and execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee scope creation, budgeting, and project execution • Assist in reviewing and approving tenant plans • Manage all aspects of capital projects from budgeting to reporting • Liaise with key consultants and contractors for project success • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term project plans

Requirements: • Relevant degree or diploma preferred • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Strong communication and reporting skills • Ability to mentor and guide project teams
