Job description

Our client, a well-known company in the sale and service of digital equipment, is looking for an Inventory Technician.

  • Manage inventory data in the WMS, perform cycle counts/audits, resolve discrepancies and monitor stock levels to alert purchasing;
  • Verify incoming products against orders, label, and organize materials in designated locations;
  • Monitor tools and consumables, process parts returns and coordinate stock movements between service locations;
  • Speak with suppliers located outside Quebec regarding parts and equipment;
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment while finding ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics;
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP software;
  • Proficient in MS Excel;
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical warehouse tasks;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Bilingual (suppliers in Ontario and US).
