Your Role as a Client Service Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator, you are the engine room for our client's program, ensuring that all day-to-day administrative tasks are taken care of whilst also providing accurate reporting to support performance objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and take pride in delivering operational excellence and supporting our client services consultants to deliver an exceptional experience for our client(s).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process & System Efficiency: Maintain complete, up-to-date system records and proactively support ongoing process improvements.
  • Compliance & Standards: Keep regulatory compliance front and center across all activities, adhering strictly to relevant laws and recruitment ethics.
  • Consultant Support & Lifecycle Coordination: Partner with Client Services Consultants to manage a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Interview Logistics: Proactively schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews and prepare comprehensive client interview packs.
  • Talent Attraction & Monitoring: Write, proof, and post compelling job ads while actively monitoring job boards for changing client vacancy requirements.
  • Ad Hoc Administration: Handle daily administrative and recruitment tasks as needed to support team success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Administration & Compliance: Proven team administration experience within a structured, compliance-driven environment.
  • Customer-Centric & Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and service-focused with a strong professional ethic.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Communication & Rapport: Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Task Mastery: Excellent organizational skills to prioritize deadlines, multitask, and deliver efficiently in a fast-paced environment where speed to market is critical.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A true "One Team" mentality with a passion for supporting group success.
