Role overview
The D&T Delivery Lead – Cyber is a key member of the Enterprise Delivery team within the Performance, Transformation and Delivery function atHaleon. This role plays a critical part in delivering high‑impact Cyberprogrammesthat protect the organization and enable secure digital growth.
The roleis responsible forstructuring, governing, and delivering complex Cyber and information security initiatives across multiple teams, platforms, and business stakeholders. Itensures thatprogrammesare delivered efficiently, securely, and in line with enterprise standards, while balancing risk, compliance, and business priorities.
The role partners closely with Cyber Security leaders, D&T teams, strategic vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of critical security capabilities and transformationprogrammes. It playsa central rolein ensuring that Cyber initiatives deliver expected risk reduction, compliance, and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
1.ProgrammeDelivery & Execution
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Cyberprogrammes, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders and technology domains
Ensure alignment to Cyber strategy, risk priorities, and regulatory requirements
2. Governance & Delivery Frameworks
Establish andoperategovernance structures aligned to enterprise delivery frameworks
Ensure clear oversight of performance, delivery status, and risks
Drive structured decision-making, escalation, and accountability acrossprogrammes
3. Risk, Issue & Compliance Management
Identify, track, and manage delivery risks and issues, ensuring mitigation and escalation
Embed strong risk and compliance discipline across Cyberprogrammes
Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and internal control requirements
4. Financial & Vendor Management
Manageprogrammebudgets, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
Ensure effective commercial management of strategic vendors and partners
Align financial tracking with delivery progress andprogrammeoutcomes
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Build strong relationships with Cyber Security leadership, D&T teams, and business stakeholders
Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders
Surface dependencies, trade-offs, and risks to support informed decision-making
6. Delivery Excellence & Capability Building
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, tools, and standards
Promote best practices across Cyberprogrammedelivery
Support capability development and knowledge sharing across the Delivery community
Your profile
Required:
Proven experience delivering complex Digital, Technology, or Cyber/Information Securityprogrammes
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success
Experience managing changes within large, matrixedorganisationswith multiple stakeholders
Ability tooperatein fast-paced, high-risk environments with competing priorities
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred:
Experience delivering Cyber transformationprogrammesor security initiatives
Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership exposure
Ability to translate technical/security topics into clear business language
Experience managing third-party vendors and complex delivery ecosystems
Proficiencyin using data analytics to inform decision-making and measure project success, ensuring alignment with strategicobjectives
Relevant certifications (e.g.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
