As an experienced IT Support Specialist, you will provide critical support in hybrid environments. Your expertise in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 is vital for diagnosing issues and facilitating user training. You'll play a key role in enhancing productivity through effective IT solutions while working with various technologies.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 issues • Administer and support Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 • Implement cloud migration strategies for clients • Execute server and network upgrades across environments

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on IT support • Expertise in Windows 10/11 configuration • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN • Valid Driver’s License for work-related travel
