Job description
Become a vital Production Supervisor in the manufacturing sector for a 12-month term, driving improvements in operations and efficiency. Lead a team to achieve high standards. In this supervisory role, you'll coordinate production efforts, focusing on team performance and quality enhancement. You'll resolve processing problems by collaborating with teams, while also developing effective tracking systems to measure production success. Your educational background and industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise production workers and coordinate their activities • Review and resolve production operational challenges • Create and maintain quality control systems for processes • Develop and keep thorough records and reports • Hire, train, and manage performance of staff members Requirements: • Required: High school diploma or GED; prefer an associate’s degree • Strong communication skills with attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently • In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control • Familiarity with production machinery and technical design Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging your supervisory expertise and skills to navigate production challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
