Job description
Lead a visionary approach as the Director of Identity & Access Management at The Salvation Army, focusing on enterprise identity solutions and security compliance in hybrid environments. In this pivotal role, you will develop and oversee the IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with compliance and digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise in identity governance and access management will guide the implementation of IAM capabilities across a vast network. You will spearhead modern security protocols, such as Zero Trust, while engaging with multiple stakeholders to implement IAM solutions that facilitate secure access across systems. Key Responsibilities: • Develop enterprise IAM strategies for security and compliance • Champion Zero Trust access models in hybrid systems • Oversee Identity Governance & Administration frameworks • Manage Customer Identity & Access Management solutions • Collaborate with audit and risk teams to ensure compliance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field • 10+ years of IAM experience with Microsoft Entra/AD • Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure AD and Salesforce • Proven experience with One Identity tools and protocols • Strong communication and strategic influencing skills Elevate IAM capabilities at The Salvation Army with your proven leadership and expertise in identity management solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
