Job description
Lead project delivery excellence as the Director of the Project Management Office at Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, ON. Drive strategic direction and ensure projects are top-quality and timely. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee project management functions across automation and nuclear projects. You’ll establish PMO strategies aligned with company goals and nurture a high-performance delivery culture. The position demands strong oversight of project lifecycles, governance, and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the PMO structure, performance, and improvement initiatives • Oversee project lifecycle from kickoff to customer acceptance • Ensure consistent project governance and reporting • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams • Mentor and develop a results-driven PMO team Requirements: • 10+ years in project/program management experience • 5+ years in a leadership role managing PMO or project teams • Expertise in complex project environments and methodologies • Strong financial and decision-making skills • Proven track record in managing large project portfolios Become a key leader in driving project success at Eclipse Automation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
