Job description
Elevate your customer service skills with Giant Tiger as a Full-Time Store Associate in Gatineau, Quebec. Support shoppers while managing transactions, inventory, and maintaining store standards.

Giant Tiger seeks a full-time Store Associate passionate about customer service and team collaboration. You will work primarily during the day with evenings and alternating weekends included. Your responsibilities will include handling cash transactions, restocking merchandise, and ensuring compliance with store policies.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service every shift • Operate electronic cash registers accurately • Restock and organize merchandise near the checkout • Maintain store signage, labels, and planograms • Follow policies for Tobacco and Lottery sales

Requirements: • Strong customer service background • Ability to work independently and within a team • Detail-oriented with effective communication skills • Ability to handle fast-paced tasks • Capable of lifting up to 18 kg (40 lbs)
