Job description
Enhance program governance as a Senior Project Coordinator with our public sector client. This role emphasizes scheduling, administrative support, and effective project coordination.

The organization is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to support multiple initiatives within a complex enterprise program. This position focuses on essential project management activities, including governance, reporting, and information management. Your expertise will ensure streamlined coordination and communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate administrative project tasks and maintain mailboxes • Organize meetings, workshops, and track decisions effectively • Maintain governance artifacts like risk and issue registers • Support scheduling, reporting, and dashboard contributions • Gather and document traceability evidence for projects

Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years as a Project Coordinator • Active Secret Clearance required • Proven ability to manage documentation and communication • Experience in scheduling and reporting activities • Strong administration skills in a public sector context
