Job description
Become a vital part of the Housing First Veterans Program as a Bilingual Case Manager at CONTACT Community Services. Support Veterans in securing stable housing and enhancing their wellbeing in South Simcoe and Georgian Bay.

This full-time position requires bilingual skills in English and French, offering hands-on case management to Veterans facing homelessness. You will collaborate with community partners and utilize Housing First principles to empower individuals through personalized support. Engage in diverse activities, from case assessments to crisis intervention, ensuring a comprehensive approach to Veteran care.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver case management for Veterans experiencing homelessness • Attend community appointments to provide added support • Support individual participation in social and recreational activities • Conduct thorough assessments to identify needs • Collaborate with the Housing First team on support strategies

Requirements: • Bilingual in English and French • Degree or diploma in social services or related field • Minimum 2 years of case management experience • Knowledge of Housing First principles and psychosocial rehabilitation • Full G license and reliable vehicle
