Job description
Elevate employee relations at your next career step as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. This position focuses on labor management strategies, workplace investigations, and cultural enhancement.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will engage in complex workplace issues while partnering with leadership teams. Utilize your expertise in labor relations to support collective bargaining processes and compliance with policies. This role empowers you to enhance relationships between union and management, influencing organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage sensitive workplace issues with risk-based guidance • Lead thorough investigations in workplace dynamics • Support collective bargaining with thorough research • Develop labor relations policies consistently across the board • Stay updated on trends and best practices in labor relations

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Proven background in unionized labor relations • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation • Excellent organizational skills for project handling • Eligibility for secret security clearance
