Aerotek is hiring a Millwright/Maintenance for a Coffee Manufacturer in Richmond ($40-$50)

Job Description

Join our Maintenance team where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety related requirements. You will complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, conduct repairs on various roasting and packaging equipment, and maintain thorough documentation for all plant and facility equipment. Collaboration with all staff to meet production and maintenance objectives is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety related requirements.
• Complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Conduct repairs on various roasting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain documentation for all plant and facility equipment.
• Collaborate with staff to meet production and maintenance objectives.

Essential Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Red Seal or Journeyman level millwright.
• Experience with fast-paced packaging equipment.
• Experience in food & beverage or related industries such as pharmaceuticals.
• Industrial electrician experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Dual ticketed is a nice-to-have qualification.

Work Environment

Work a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional early starts at 5:00 AM. Join a smaller team where the environment is warm, though not hot, with the pleasant smell of coffee. The atmosphere can be slightly dusty due to coffee grounds. The production team comprises 3 members, including the maintenance manager.

The pay range for this position is $93000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
