Job description
Shape the future of online education as a Data Scientist specializing in Product Analytics at Coursera. Use your expertise to interpret data-driven insights and transform product experiences for millions of learners.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Product Managers to leverage rich data from over 200 million learners on the Coursera platform. You will conduct A/B tests, create insightful dashboards, and synthesize findings to drive impactful product strategies. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of BI tools, and an understanding of product development.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze A/B test results for actionable product improvements • Create dashboards and metrics tracking tools • Facilitate self-service data access for Product Managers • Present insights and recommendations clearly to teams • Understand products and learning experiences for impactful analysis

Requirements: • 3+ years as a data scientist or analyst • Proficient in SQL and Python scripting • Strong BI tool experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau) • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data • Attention to detail and ability to manage projects
