Job description
Join Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Manager and take a leading role in enhancing the customer experience. Focus on sales strategies, team engagement, and smooth daily operations in this vibrant retail environment.

This role integrates business strategy with exceptional people management skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee opening and closing routines, manage staffing, and drive sales through creative merchandising and customer service excellence. Analyze performance reports to inform your decisions and ensure that store operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee store opening and closing procedures • Ensure seamless operations on the sales floor • Administer staffing, scheduling, and payroll management • Train and develop staff to maximize performance • Manage visual displays and inventory controls
