Job description
Shape the future of women's and children's healthcare as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Hamilton Health Sciences. Lead initiatives focused on quality improvement and evidence-based care integration. This executive role at Hamilton Health Sciences requires a visionary leader who will oversee services at McMaster Children’s Hospital, ensuring that care is equitable, high-quality, and integrated. You will work closely with stakeholders to advance innovative models that enhance patient and family experiences while preparing for future healthcare challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee strategic initiatives for women’s and children’s health • Drive change to improve access and quality of care • Collaborate with academic and community health partners • Enhance operational effectiveness and governance standards • Mentor high-performing teams within a culture of continuous learning Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant health or business field • Minimum 8-10 years of leadership in healthcare settings • Expertise in neonatal and pediatric care programs • Background in child and youth mental health preferred • Strong capabilities in leading change and quality enhancement Lead transformative healthcare initiatives and foster collaborations that make a difference in the lives of women, children, and families at Hamilton Health Sciences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
