The bigger picture

Were looking for acollaborative and detail-oriented person to come on board as our temporary Help Desk Analyst for a 12-month term at our Conexus West branch in Lloydminster this role you will be the first point of contact for our teams needing technical support; responding to inquiries troubleshooting technical and operational issues and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

How youll be spending your time

• Answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Conexus Wests standard software and hardware.
• Providing helpful advice and insights to our teams to utilize technology more effectively.
• Diagnosing and assessing technical concerns resolving them quickly or directing them to the right team for further support.
• Helping minimize downtime by efficiently prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests.
• Assisting with learning and training ensuring employees feel confident using the tools they need.

You are an exceptional communicator with the capability to present ideas in user-friendly language enabling you to share information effectively and clearly. Your time management and organizational skills allow you to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

The experience you bring

• Post-secondary education in computer science information technology or a related field
• 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Experience working in a customer service role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range

$55276 - $69095 with 7.5% Short Term Incentive Target
