Job description
Join Pembina as a System Analyst for Scheduling on a hybrid basis in Calgary, AB. This 12-month term role focuses on maintaining data accuracy and supporting inventory activities with SAIBR and RightAngle.

As a valuable member of the Marketing Business Unit Logistics team, you will report to the Manager of Scheduling & Logistics. Your key focus will be on ensuring accurate scheduling and position management activities while collaborating across teams. Strong attention to detail is essential to effectively assist with end-of-day position reports and support data integrity.

Key Responsibilities: • Support daily scheduling and inventory tasks with SAIBR and RightAngle • Maintain integrity of system data across platforms • Prepare end-of-day position management reports • Conduct reconciliation checks and resolve discrepancies • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on system improvements

Requirements: • 1–3 years of relevant industry experience • Experience with RightAngle or ETRM systems • Full-term commitment needed • Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI is beneficial • Willingness to enhance team collaboration
