Job description
Empower client relations as a Client Service Representative with CIBC in Toronto. Use your banking knowledge to assist clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.

As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging with clients to fulfill their day-to-day banking needs. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, where you leverage financial services knowledge to answer queries and assist with transactions. Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours at various banking centres is a must.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage clients and manage their banking accounts • Solve client issues with accountability and care • Introduce clients to mobile banking applications • Support clients in financial goal achievement • Collaborate with CIBC teams for enhanced solutions

Requirements: • Experience in client service or financial products • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with digital banking tools • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends • Commitment to fostering inclusive client experiences
