Job description
Step into the role of Operations Consultant at Sephora Canada, ensuring excellent client service and efficient stockroom operations. Contribute to the organization and presentation of the store.

You will collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to deliver outstanding client interactions and manage stockroom activities. Your responsibilities encompass training cashiers, processing shipments, and ensuring adherence to Sephora’s merchandising standards. Through your dedicated approach, you will help minimize loss while ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver friendly and knowledgeable client service as needed • Support cashier training on Point-Of-Sale systems • Organize the cashier area to meet cleanliness standards • Process shipments and maintain stockroom organization • Report inventory issues to the Store Supervisor

Requirements: • 1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in stockroom roles • Strong arithmetic and organizational capabilities • Effective multitasking and communication skills • High School education or equivalent • Availability for evenings and weekends
