Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Client Services Administrator who excels in both collaborative and independent settings and can effectively manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities:
- Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates.
- Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to transfer enforce policies.
- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications.
- Review client transfer forms to ensure completion and required agent codes are included.
- Maintain and update department process manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the Client Services department requested by your immediate manager.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration is required.
- Professional proficiency in French and English is required.
- Background in an IMO or insurance sector is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all channels.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport while explaining complex information.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Technically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership of responsibilities, and openness to feedback.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.

Salary Range - $56,160 to $60,320/yr CAD
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
