In this senior role, you will report directly to the CEO while managing all aspects of human resources and organizational development. Your leadership will be foundational in promoting gender equity and ensuring alignment with feminist values and community needs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to equity and justice alongside proven leadership in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities: • Strategize and implement HR policies and programs • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization • Enhance employee experience through innovative people practices • Coordinate health and safety measures and volunteer services • Ensure regulatory compliance with employment legislation
Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in HR • Deep understanding of governance and human rights laws • Proven track record in non-profit or public sector roles • Solid strategic and operational management skills • Experience implementing anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices
