Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results.
In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Focus on Pure Coaching
We deal with the business side, enabling our coaches to focus on the pure craft of coaching.

We’re committed to helping each other, businesses and employees on a shared mission: to elevate engagement to make the world a better place.
Flexibility
Sama coaches decide how many hours they want to contribute to the platform, allowing total control of their schedule.
Engagement
We care, and want our coaches to feel as empowered and engaged as the people they coach.
While we are accepting all applications, our immediate focus is for coaches who are able to coach in Spanish, French or Portuguese in North America. Qualified applicants who coach in any of these languages will be prioritised.
