Job description
Become a Project Coordinator with Hydro Ottawa in Ottawa, ON, managing lower complexity projects with precision. Ensure timely task execution and seamless communication within project teams and stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and monitoring of project tasks. Your ability to document and manage all project aspects is crucial for successful outcomes. You will liaise effectively with different divisions and external parties to keep the project on track and within compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and monitor project activities under Hydro Ottawa guidelines • Analyze risks and create mitigation strategies for projects • Coordinate stakeholder communications and budget preparations • Maintain thorough project documentation and reports • Ensure all staff adhere to safety management protocols

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or extensive utility operations experience • OACETT certification eligibility is required • A valid Class G driver's license is a must • Successful security clearance from the Government of Canada • Strong English communication skills; French is beneficial
