Job description
Elevate your career as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment, focusing on budget analysis and staff supervision at various locations. This permanent role engages you in multiple tasks ensuring operational success.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will analyze budgets, plan staffing needs, and monitor overall restaurant performance. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze budgets to boost restaurant profitability • Recruit, train, and supervise staff effectively • Plan daily operations and set work schedules • Evaluate food preparation methods and menu prices • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements: • High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience • 2 to 3 years management experience in a restaurant • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and multitask • Organized with attention to detail
