Job description
Nous sommes à la recherche pour un de nos clients œuvrant dans le transport à travers l’Amérique du Nord depuis plus de 60ans, d’un(e) représentant aux ventes interne. Vous êtes passionnée de service à la clientèle et de vente? Nous avons votre opportunité de carrière!

DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION

  • Gérer les comptes clients interne existant;
  • Coordonner et communiquer de manière efficace les activités de vente et de service;
  • Offrir un excellent service client;
  • Soutenir les nouveaux et existant clients tout au long du processus de vente, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion de tout problème de service;
  • Assister aux réunions de vente, à des fonctions industrielles, à des salons professionnels et à des programmes de formation;
  • S’assurer que tous les rapports sont dûment remplis et soumis à temps;
  • Utilisation quotidienne d’un ordinateur portable et de l’ordonnancement des appels, la mise à jour des appels et des activités dans le système.


Profil

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire;
  • Avoir 1 an d’expérience minimum en gestion de comptes ou en vente sur le terrain avec une structure similaire (objectifs budgétaire, gestion du pipeline, etc.);
  • Expérience dans le domaine du transport;
  • Avoir de l’expérience dans l’utilisation des suites Google ou Microsoft Office;
  • Bonne communication, maîtrise de l’écoute, de la résolution de problème et de la négociation;
  • Capacité d’adaptation envers les différentes situations et les clients;
  • Être organisé, avoir une bonne gestion des priorités de manière efficace et efficiente;
  • Bilingue obligatoire afin de bien communiquer avec des clients anglophones à L'extérieur de la province.


Informations contractuelles

INFORMATIONS CONTRACTUELLES

  • Poste permanent, à temps plein;
  • Poste en présentiel mais possibilité de faire du télétravail 2 jours/semaine
  • Poste basé à Levis ( rive sud de Québec)
  • Salaire entre 50K/ année à 52K / année
  • Assurances groupes.
