Job description
Lead the Settlements team at Metergy Solutions in Markham, Ontario, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely processing. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment.

As a Team Lead, you will provide guidance and coaching to settlement analysts, ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met. Requirements: • Education in Finance, Business, or Accounting • 2-5 years' experience in settlements or finance • Leadership experience preferred in similar roles • Understanding of settlement workflows and controls • Proficient in data analytics tools like Power BI
