Responsibilities:

  • Manage release-related training activities across teams, including Product, Marketing, Support, Onboarding, Sales, and others.
  • Maintain and act as an administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) to support internal and external audiences.
  • Host or participate in customer-facing webinars and create LMS content to support customer education.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Teams to understand the purpose and customer value of new and existing WellnessLiving product features.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain internal training materials such as feature release notes, training content, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Write and manage help articles in the company’s Knowledge Base to ensure customers have clear, accurate, and engaging educational resources.
  • Create and manage test studio accounts to develop demos and materials supporting product enablement initiatives (e.g., release videos, webinars, LMS courses).
  • Strategically utilize tools such as Intercom Proactive Support and Iorad to address common customer questions within the software.
  • Stay informed about the latest approaches and technologies in software training and learning.
  • Take a data-driven approach to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements that enhance customer and staff learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer-Facing Departments to:
  • Ensure department-specific product training materials are accurate, up-to-date, accessible, and effective.
  • Understand commonly asked product questions and create or update relevant educational resources to address them.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development within a SaaS environment. Experience in business management or B2B software is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering customer education programs, including webinars, help articles, LMS courses, and product documentation.
  • Strong technical writing and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex software concepts for non-technical users.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Coassemble), product documentation platforms, and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with video creation and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, or Adobe Premiere) for product training materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience hosting live training sessions and customer-facing webinars.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Sales to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using customer feedback and data to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
