Job description

Notre client rassemble l'architecture, l'ingénierie, le design et la gestion de projets au sein d'un écosystème intégré et performant.

Notre mission : maximiser la confiance entre les parties prenantes pour livrer des projets immobiliers de grande qualité, plus rapidement, avec moins de friction et plus de valeur.

LA MISSION

Le chargé de conception pilote le projet depuis la phase de vente jusqu'à l'engagement de toutes les parties prenantes, en proposant au client un concept inspirant et convaincant, adapté à son budget.

Ce rôle est essentiel dans notre méthode de gestion de projet intégrée, optimisant l'efficacité, la transparence et la performance, pour offrir au client une expérience de design intérieur inégalée.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la gestion du cycle de vente complet des opportunités afin d'officialiser des projets de qualité.
  • Livrer des plans et devis de qualité coordonnés en fonction des budgets et des échéanciers.
  • Présenter sans surprise et en toute transparence des changements aux cadres de projet, du début du cycle de vente à la fin de la conception intégrée.
  • Assurer la gestion des paiements de nos clients afin de maintenir une trésorerie positive de nos projets.
  • Assurer le maintien de la vision conceptuelle moderniste mise de l'avant.

Pré-requis du poste

PROFIL

  • Tu es une personne créative qui aime de design, l'architecture et la construction réfléchie.
  • Spécialiste chevronné.e en gestion de projets, tu sais satisfaire le client tout en respectant les délais et engagements.
  • Tu gères tes priorités de manière efficace, pour atteindre les objectifs et offrir un produit de qualité.
  • Tu es habile avec les relations interpersonnelles, et tuas de la facilité à collecter et à partager les informations dans les temps pour faire avancer les projets.
  • Tu es persévérant.e quand il y a des défis, et tu atteins les résultats même lorsqu'il y a du vent de face.
  • Tu t'adaptes facilement à un environnement en constante évolution, tirant profit de chaque situation pour ton développement. Appréciant le partage d'expertise, tu valorises également la critique constructive et le coaching.
