  • Support experiments related to signage, return bin placement, awareness tactics, and other engagement strategies

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create regular social media content featuring Friendlier products and reuse habits in daily campus life

  • Help amplify sustainability messaging through student-focused channels

Events & Community Building

  • Host or support one campus event per semester related to sustainability, reuse, or student engagement

  • Collaborate with student groups and campus organizations where applicable

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in regular check-in calls with the Friendlier team and other campus leaders

  • Share feedback, student insights, and campus trends

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased student awareness and participation in the Friendlier program

  • Improvement in number of returned Friendlier products by 5-10% year-over-year
