Job description

Une entreprise québécoise bien établie, offrant des services variés à l’échelle nationale, est à la recherche d’un(e) paie maître expérimenté(e) en traitement de la paie pour se joindre à son équipe des finances. Si vous aimez les environnements dynamiques, les systèmes à optimiser et que vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie et votre rigueur, ce rôle pourrait bien être votre prochain défi professionnel.


Responsabilités :



  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la finalisation du système de paie récemment implanté.

  • Réaliser des vérifications rigoureuses des traitements de paie effectués au cours des deux dernières années.

  • Analyser la performance du système en place et formuler des recommandations pour son maintien ou remplacement.

  • Effectuer la paie complète pour environ 275 employés répartis dans plusieurs juridictions provinciales.

  • Collaborer avec les ressources humaines pour l’ouverture, la mise à jour et la fermeture des dossiers d’employés.

  • Émettre les relevés d’emploi et assurer le traitement des départs.

  • Effectuer les conciliations comptables liées à la paie et les écritures de fin de période.

  • Gérer la clôture annuelle de la paie incluant la production des feuillets fiscaux requis.

  • Traiter les déductions à la source ainsi que les remises gouvernementales mensuelles et annuelles.

  • Administrer les programmes d’assurances collectives et de retraite.

  • Gérer les déclarations salariales et les suivis relatifs aux organismes réglementaires.

  • Suivre les heures de formation et les différents types de congés et avantages offerts.

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et agir comme personne-ressource dans le domaine de la paie et des avantages sociaux.


Qualifications requises :



  • Formation postsecondaire en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la paie, préférablement dans un environnement multi-sites ou à structure complexe.

  • Connaissance approfondie des normes du travail et des pratiques fiscales en lien avec la paie au Canada.

  • Expérience avec la paie dans un contexte syndiqué (un atout).

  • Confortable avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel et autres logiciels bureautiques.

  • Adhésion à un ordre professionnel tel que l’Association canadienne de la paie (un atout).


Compétences recherchées :



  • Esprit méthodique et souci du détail dans toutes les étapes du cycle de paie.

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, en respectant les délais.

  • Bonnes habiletés d’analyse pour optimiser les processus en place.

  • Communication claire et professionnelle, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Anglais fonctionel

  • Sens de l’initiative et désir de contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

  • Poste permanent à temps plein (40 h/semaine)

  • Mode hybride (2 jours de télétravail par semaine)

  • Lieu : Québec ou Warwick

  • Salaire compétitif, selon l’expérience (80 000 $ à 90 000 $ par an)
