Responsibilities
- Define, manage and communicate updates on roadmaps of high profile RBCCM projects (including Reconciliations, Architecture, Standard Technical Services etc.).
- Communicate and manage various stakeholders; Manage backlog and communicate feature requests to Developers.
- Organize and prioritise development of features; Manage and report key KPIs to Project Management Office.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance; Foster development of skills within team.
- Must have
- Technical diploma experience as a Project Manager.
- Technical role and experience working with technical teams (Developers/Quality Engineers/Business Analysts).
- Enabler (Think) - Focus on strategic thinking and lead to constant improvement. Provide clear guidance and set standards to others, enabling the best outcome from the team. Monitor and measures the progress and manage risks of not delivering.
- Owner (Do) - Focus on accurate execution and deliver the commitment with no regrets. You are proactive, resourceful and a problem solver when it comes to tackle the particular task.
- Lead (Think + Do) - End to end ownership - Plan with a strategic mindset and execute with no regrets to arrive to the best outcome given the constraints.
- Excellent documentation, attention to detail, thoroughness and robust ownership of work.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
