Job description

Le département des Finances de LOGISCO est à la recherche de son ou sa prochain(e) technicien(ne) en financement et investissement. LOGISCO, c’est 260 immeubles, 6000 logements et une expertise intégrée en immobilier résidentiel, commercial, hôtelier et RPA. Dans un contexte de croissance rythmée, ta mission est bien définie : jouer un rôle de soutien administratif dans les activités de financement, d’assurance, d’évaluation et de conception financière de nos immeubles en construction. Tu contribueras à la performance financière de l’organisation en assurant un suivi rigoureux des dossiers.

TON RÔLE



  • Soutenir la gestion du portefeuille hypothécaire;

  • Contribuer à la gestion des contrats d’assurance liés au portefeuille immobilier;

  • Participer à la révision annuelle des hypothèques;

  • Collaborer aux analyses financières des projets d’investissement et de développement;

  • Assurer la mise à jour des différents rapports financiers;

  • Participer au processus budgétaire et aux projections financières;

  • Effectuer une veille des marchés financiers;

  • Contribuer à la conception financière des projets immobiliers en construction.




FORMATIONS, EXPÉRIENCES ET COMPÉTENCES



  • Technique en gestion de commerces ou technique d’administration et de gestion;

  • 2 ans d'expérience;

  • Maîtrise intermédiaire d'Excel;

  • Connaissance du financement et des différents programmes SCHL (un atout);

  • Connaissance du secteur immobilier (un atout);

  • Connaissance du domaine bancaire (un atout).
