Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business by building and maintaining strong client relationships while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Retain and grow assigned accounts through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
  • Recommend effective WellnessLiving solutions by understanding clients’ business models, organizational structures, and goals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to share best practices, data-driven insights, and results that support renewals, growth, and referrals.
  • Serve as a product expert, advising clients on WellnessLiving’s software, key features, and additional services.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of customer engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Review client data and performance metrics to anticipate needs, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Create and analyze client reports to surface trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Host webinars and support customer-facing content that highlights WellnessLiving’s value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business through strong client relationships, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to uncover client needs, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable leading customer meetings, presentations, and webinars, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience identifying trends, opportunities, and potential client concerns.
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a high-growth, changing environment.
  • Background in Business or Sales and experience in the health & wellness industry are considered assets.
  • Familiarity with SEO, brand strategy, or website management is a plus.
