Job description
Spiria est à la recherche d’un Développeur(euse) bilingue sénior post-production pour rejoindre notre équipe de support, Services gérés applicatifs (AMS). Ce rôle va au-delà du développement — vous agirez en tant que conseiller(ère) technique de confiance pour nos clients, en gérant la maintenance, le développement et le support post-production dans un environnement dynamique, axé client.

En tant que Développeur(euse) bilingue sénior post-production , vous serez amené(e) à :

    • Collaborer directement avec les clients pour examiner, discuter et résoudre des problèmes techniques sur plusieurs projets au quotidien ;
    • Écrire, modifier, revoir, optimiser et déboguer du code sur différentes technologies ;
    • Participer aux activités de test et de contrôle qualité ;
    • Gérer et résoudre les demandes de support des clients, en garantissant des solutions rapides et efficaces ;
    • Documenter et communiquer les améliorations continues des produits afin d'optimiser les applications des clients ;
    • Maintenir une communication claire, concise et professionnelle avec les clients et les équipes internes ;
    • Faire preuve de flexibilité et de discernement en jonglant entre différentes technologies et divers clients tout au long de la journée ;
    • Gérer de manière autonome votre temps et vos priorités, en équilibrant les demandes des clients avec les initiatives internes, telles que le travail sur le backlog, la documentation des applications et le développement des compétences.

Les clés de votre succès :

    • 8+ ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, avec une forte orientation vers la collaboration avec les clients ;
    • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) – essentiel pour la communication avec les clients ;
    • Une solide compréhension des besoins d'affaires, vous permettant de faire le lien entre les solutions techniques et les objectifs des clients ;
    • Expérience professionnelle en programmation dans au moins deux des langages suivants : JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc. ;
    • Autonomie et compétences en résolution de problèmes – vous êtes ingénieux(se), adaptable et proactif(ve) ;
    • Un esprit collaboratif, contribuant à la réussite de l’équipe tout en travaillant de manière autonome ;
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et en planification, garantissant clarté et efficacité dans les interactions avec les clients.

*Le bilinguisme est essentiel pour ce rôle.
