Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural analysis and design for global energy projects ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, mechanical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct structural assessments and provide expert recommendations for maintenance, rehabilitation, or failure investigations.
  • Develop detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff to enhance team capabilities.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective engineering solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in structural engineering and energy sector technologies to innovate and improve project outcomes.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of structural engineering work.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 plus years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards relevant to energy-related structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and team collaboration in a global engineering environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
