At Digital Shift, we’re searching for a Client Communications Specialist who brings more than just a “people person” vibe—you’re a relationship architect, a proactive communicator, and a champion for both our clients and your own career growth. This could be the role that shifts your career.

About Digital Shift

Since 2007, Digital Shift has cut through the agency noise by building strong relationships, creating inclusive spaces, and delivering real results for home service businesses across Canada and the US. Role Overview

As our Client Communications Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between digital excellence and human connection. Your mission: transform satisfied clients into passionate advocates through authentic relationships and a deep understanding of their business goals. You’ll lead monthly review calls with existing clients, onboard new clients, and review the work completed by our team on assigned accounts—ensuring on-time, successful delivery of all tasks. You’ll also collaborate closely with our internal teams to evaluate the impact and success of client campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead monthly review calls and onboard new clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  • Review completed work on assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to measure and report on client campaign success
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly performance results)
  • Prepare reports and clearly communicate progress on initiatives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Proactively measure and improve client engagement and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of general marketing experience
  • 2+ years in an account management or customer communications role
  • Jaw-dropping phone, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Extremely organized and able to schedule your days to maximize productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or HubSpot) and customer service platforms (e.g., Help Scout or Zendesk)
  • Proficient with Google Sheets or MS Excel for analyzing data and reporting
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

Why Join Digital Shift?

We’re a high-performance team seeking driven individuals who want to make a measurable impact. In addition to a supportive, growth-focused culture, we offer the opportunity to earn performance-based pay increases over time. Your well-being and development are always a priority.

If you’re ready to make digital marketing feel less digital and more personal, we want to hear from you. Because at Digital Shift, the future of digital success is human.
