Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with enrollment information and determine qualification eligibility

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support

• Coordinate and direct incoming calls appropriately

• Follow up with clients and return calls as needed

• Assist individuals with coverage requests while prioritizing their needs

• Prepare and present personalized plan options based on client situations

• Stay informed on updates by working closely with leadership and training teams
