Job description
Job Summary / Résumé du poste En rejoignant EXFO en tant que Analyste QA, vous intégrerez une équipe expérimentée évoluant dans un environnement multi-projet. Sous la supervision du Chef de groupe R&D, vous contribuerez activement à la création et à la maintenance des nouvelles gammes de produits de test et de mesure EXFO, en participant à l’élaboration, l’amélioration et l’exécution des stratégies et plans de tests visant à valider la qualité des produits.

By joining EXFO as a QA Analyst, you will be part of an experienced team in a multi-project environment. Reporting to the R&D Group Leader, you will actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of EXFO’s new test and measurement product lines by helping define, improve, and execute test strategies and plans aimed at validating product quality.

Responsibilities (French)

Développer et adapter les stratégies de tests.

Préparer les installations et connexions optiques pour réaliser les tests.

Exécuter les tests et mettre en place les automatisations.

Communiquer et assurer une stratégie complète et unifiée de tests automatisés.

Servir de point de contact avec les équipes de développement pour garantir la résolution des non-conformités identifiées.

Responsibilities (English)

Develop and adapt test strategies.

Prepare test setups and optical connections.

Execute tests and implement test automation.

Communicate and ensure a comprehensive and unified automated testing strategy.

Act as a point of contact with development teams to ensure resolution of identified non-conformities.

Profile (French)

Expérience dans l’élaboration de stratégies de tests automatisés.

Maîtrise d’au moins un langage de programmation ou de script pour l’implémentation de tests automatisés.

Connaissances en télécommunications (atout).

Expérience en développement Agile (atout).

Profile (English)

Experience in developing automated test strategies.

Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language used for automated test implementation.

Knowledge of telecommunications (asset).

Experience working in an Agile development environment (asset).

Requirements (French)

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste en recherche et développement (ou équivalent).

Français et anglais (parlé et écrit).

Baccalauréat en génie, informatique ou toute combinaison pertinente d’études et d’expérience.

Requirements (English)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research and development role (or equivalent).

French and English (spoken and written).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant combination of education and experience.
