Description du poste

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien

Dans ce rôle, vous serez un pilier essentiel de la gestion du crédit et du service aux clients internes et externes. Plus précisément, vous :

  • Assurez le suivi rigoureux et proactif des comptes clients et des collections ;
  • Analysez le risque de crédit ;
  • Effectuez l’ouverture, la mise à jour et la maintenance des dossiers clients ;
  • Étudiez les demandes d’ouverture de compte et déterminez les conditions de crédit ;
  • Assistez et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes internes pour assurer la réconciliation des comptes ;
  • Entretenez une communication fluide avec nos clients à travers le Canada, tant au téléphone que par courriel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en comptes recevables, avec un fort volet collection ;
  • À l’aise avec les systèmes informatiques, vous apprenez vite et vous avez la facilité à vous adaptez facilement ;
  • Autonome, organisé(e), et doté(e) d’un solide esprit analytique ;
  • Orienté(e) solutions et doté(e) d’un bon jugement ;
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et offrir un service impeccable.
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais niveau avancé) requis en raison des activités de l'organisation à l'échelle nationale et de la nécessité d'une communication efficace entre les différentes régions.
