Job description
Join Enercare as a Senior Product Manager for Plans & Electrical in Markham. Focus on product growth and team leadership to maximize market performance. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Product Management while leading a team of two Product Managers and one Analyst. You will ensure the successful execution of Enercare’s product strategies, overseeing revenue and margin objectives for both Protection Plans and Electrical offerings. Your responsibilities will include pricing strategy and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer retention. Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall performance of Plans and Electrical portfolios • Establish and execute effective pricing strategies • Implement initiatives to enhance multi-product household penetration • Conduct rigorous performance reviews and forecast responsibilities • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration for GTM execution Requirements: • Over 8 years’ experience in product management • Proven track record in recurring-revenue sector • Robust financial literacy and analysis skills • Leadership experience with product teams • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Elevate Enercare’s product line and engage with a dedicated team towards sustainable growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
